Yes. Each barber gets their own hours and days off, and clients can pick a barber or take the first one open.
Can we take deposits for no-shows?
Yes, if you want. Deposits run through Stripe or Square and go straight to your account.
We already use Booksy, Square Appointments or Vagaro. Do we have to switch?
No. If you like your booking app, we build the site around it and link the Book button to it. If you would rather drop the app, we can build booking into your own site.
Do clients get reminders?
Yes. They get a text or email before the visit, with a link to reschedule.
Can we talk to you in Hmong?
Yes. We speak Hmong and English, so you can explain your business in whichever language is easiest. Your website is built in English.
