Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain and your content are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security updates, backups, and small changes like new photos, prices, hours or menu items. Just text or email what you need.
Are there long contracts?
No. The monthly plan is month to month. Your written quote spells out the build price before any work starts.
Can customers pay by card?
Yes, through Stripe or Square. Money goes straight to your account. We never see or store card numbers.
Already using Square, Clover or Toast?
Keep it. We build around what you already use. Often the website links to or pulls from your current system.
Do we pay anything before we see the site?
No. The mockup is free. You pay only after you've seen it, like it and signed a fixed written quote.
Can we cancel? What do we keep?
Yes, the monthly plan is month to month. If you cancel, you keep your domain, your content and a copy of your site, and we help you move it wherever you want.
What do you need from us?
Not much: your logo if you have one, your services and prices, your hours, a few photos (phone photos are fine) and how customers should reach you. We handle the rest.
Will a new site hurt our Google ranking?
It shouldn't. We point your old page addresses to the new ones, keep your business name, address and phone the same everywhere, and tell Google about the new site through Search Console.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can, and for some businesses that's the right call. Builder plans with booking run about $15 to $55 a month on yearly billing (we checked in October 2026), but you design it, connect booking or ordering, keep it updated and fix it yourself, and some plans cost more after the first year. With us, a local person builds the whole thing, you see it free before you pay, and changes are a text away.
