We keep this simple: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Forms. When you use the free mockup or website check-up form, we receive what you type: usually your name, business name, email, phone (optional), website link and message.
- Free website check. When you use the instant check on our homepage, your browser connects directly to Google PageSpeed Insights and sends the website address you type to run the test. Google sees your IP address, as any website you visit would (Google's privacy policy). We don't store the address.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google when a page opens.
- Basic visit counts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
What we don't do
- No advertising cookies, tracking pixels or retargeting.
- No selling or renting your information.
- No adding you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to send your mockup, check-up report or quote, and to follow up about that request.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email. We keep them only as long as needed to work with you, or as required for business records.
Your choices
Email info@frontlitdigital.com to see, correct or delete what you sent us. We'll respond within a few business days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
